This agreement is between Client and Niles + Associates, Inc.

• Client and Niles + Associates agree to produce only documents that adhere to EEOC regulations.
   
• Client and Niles + Associates will complete collaborative obligations as expeditiously as possible.
   
• You will be asked to send your current resume (if available), then you will receive a questionnaire that you are to complete. When Karen receives the completed questionnaire, she will call you to discuss the next step. If we are in agreement to proceed, you will be invoiced for all requested services via PayPal. Karen will start working on the resume upon receipt of payment in full. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment. Payment is proof of acceptance of the terms and conditions in this document.
   
• Client agrees to thoughtfully complete the questionnaire, answer questions in interviews between Client and Niles + Associates and provide as much information as possible throughout the process. The quality of the final documents is dependant on the input from the Client.
   
• Client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and honesty of all documents prepared by Niles  + Associates and will not hold Niles + Associates responsible for any errors or misrepresentations.
   
• Niles + Associates does not guarantee the Client will be considered for any positions, by means of phone interviews, face-to-face interviews or placements with any hiring companies, or by any other means.
   
• Client and Niles + Associates will strive to reach satisfaction as expeditiously as possible.
   
• Client will proofread and indicate acceptance of final document(s), taking full responsibility for the content.
   
• Changes, additions, revisions, tweaking based on Client's input and further collaboration will continue for a reasonable amount of time until Client is satisfied.
