Professional: Laura has been with Niles + Associates since 1997, working primarily as a researcher. She spent many years studying the AIRS recruitment strategy and attending its seminars. She is a member of the California Staffing Professionals (CSP) and the National Safety Council (NSC). Laura has earned the California Accredited Consultant (C.A.C.) designation.

Personal: Laura is a Southern California native who is dedicated to her family, husband Jim, and two daughters Casey and Mackenzie. She also enjoys the company of her three dogs (Cindy, Ivy & Sammy) and her pet rabbit Freckles. Laura enjoys cooking, gardening and working on various craft projects in her spare time.
